Reading Skills with Children’s Books through Metacognitive Strategy : The Turkish Context

As a student, reading scientific journals is a mandatory thing to do. Reading a research journal not only adds to our insights but also increases the ability to analyze problems related to research. So for that this time i will review and describe the journal that i read. Why  i choose the tittle? Because myself am very lazy to read, for that i want to know how to improve reading skills and ofcourse this journal is interesting to read.
Parts in international journals there are :

Part 1 : Tittle
The tittle usually contains what will be discussed in the journal.
Part 2 : Abstrac
Abstract is a summary of the contents of a scientific paper aimed at helping a reader to be able to easily and quickly to see the purpose of writing.
Part 3 : Introduction
Introduction is the first chapter of the paper that leads the reader to be able to answer the question being studied. For what and why the research was conducted. In this journal the introduction explain about according to experts about increasing reading skill. Secondary schools years represent a significant transition period for most Turkish adolescent. Here also explains the use of metacognitive strategies in students, the studentbecome successful participants who are active in terms of atittude, knowledge, motivation and expectation. The article proccess that the concept “strategy” be included in the relationship between the child and the book as the “third  dimension” in terms of quality and level, while helping improve reading comprehension skills. The introduction also explain about that children are unable to acquire the types of behavior at the top levels of cognitive processes is that they don’t have qualified books and can’t read properly since they don’t use the metacognitive strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce books which are appropriate for childrens developmental levels and then teach them how to use metacognitive strategy efficiently.
